The portal holds working documents, status and deliverables for active engagements. Access is granted per engagement by the Managing Partner.
There is no portal behind this link yet. The previous site showed a dashboard at taidou.com/dashboard with project counts and satisfaction scores. No such product exists. Rather than rebuild a screenshot of something imaginary, this page says what the portal would be and routes people to a human. A sign-in form is not built here on purpose — a login box with nothing behind it is worse than no link at all.

There is nothing behind this link for you yet. The RFP form is the right starting point.
Before launch
Someone has to decide whether a client portal is a product Taidou is building or a link that should be removed from the footer. Both are reasonable; leaving it as a dead link is not.
