About Taidou

Taidou is a private management consulting firm built around real, measurable results. Taidou Atlas is our startup and private-markets practice: through Taidou Exchange we give founders and small businesses one integrated advisory network to build company infrastructure, connect with vetted service providers, complete readiness work, and reach private-market opportunities and curated investor discovery — with no revenue or size minimums.

Atlas works with four groups at once: founders, investors (venture capital, private equity and family offices), the accelerators and ecosystem partners who support them, and the service providers they rely on. Companies move through the Exchange in stages — intake, build, route and raise — and we hold the line on when a company is genuinely ready to meet an investor.

The Role

As Principal, Accelerators, you lead one of Taidou Atlas's core segments: accelerators, incubators, venture studios and university programmes. You own the relationships, the go-to-market and the quality of the work for this group, and you are the senior voice Atlas brings to the table with them. This is a hands-on leadership role — you build the network, advise directly, and grow the team and revenue behind it.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage Taidou's partnerships with accelerators, incubators, venture studios and university programmes.
  • Design programmes that bring cohort companies onto Taidou Exchange — readiness workshops, office hours and demo-day preparation.
  • Turn each partnership into a steady, well-qualified flow of founders into intake.
  • Own the segment's pipeline, revenue and targets, and lead the Account Executives, SDRs and client-relationship staff who support it.
  • Represent Taidou Atlas at events, on panels and across the ecosystem, and co-host programmes with partners.
  • Work with the consulting practice when a company or fund needs deeper advisory work.
  • Keep relationships, pipeline and activity current in the Taidou CRM, and report on segment performance.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in accelerator, incubator, venture studio or university entrepreneurship programme, including senior client- or investor-facing responsibility.
  • A strong existing network among accelerators, incubators, venture studios and university programmes.
  • A track record of building a business line, portfolio or programme and growing revenue.
  • Excellent judgement and communication with founders, investors and executives.
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-moving firm with high autonomy.

Preferred (nice to have, not required)

  • Experience building or running a marketplace, platform or network business.
  • Experience leading a small sales or client team.
  • Based in or regularly in Texas.

How We Work

  • Senior-led delivery — no bench, no handoff between the team that wins the work and the team that runs it.
  • Named scope and named exclusions, agreed before work starts.
  • Handover after adoption, to named owners, with a follow-up review we schedule ourselves.
  • Independence from vendors: no referral fees, reseller margins or commissions.

We know great people don't always check every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you can do the work, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't line up perfectly.
