Who we are

Core Values

Four commitments, written as things we can be held to.

Values are only useful if they can be violated. Each of these describes a behaviour someone could catch us failing at.

Most published values are unfalsifiable — integrity, excellence, teamwork. Nobody can be caught failing them because nobody can say what failing them would look like. Ours are written so that they can be.

01

Say the uncomfortable thing early

A finding raised in month nine that could have been raised in month two has cost you money and cost us credibility. If the date has moved, we say the date has moved — to the steering committee, in the meeting, not in a footnote afterwards.

02

Name what we are not doing

Every scope names its exclusions. It makes the first conversation harder and every conversation after it easier, and it is the single biggest cause of engagements ending well.

03

Decline work we would be learning on

We work in eleven industries because those are the ones where we can argue with your team. Where we would be learning on your budget, we say so and point elsewhere.

04

Stay until it runs

The handover happens after adoption, to named owners inside your organization, followed by a review we schedule rather than one you have to request.
