How we work alongside Salesforce.
An alliance describes how we work with a platform on client engagements. It is not a reseller relationship and we take no fees from it.
The relationship
Several of our engagements run on or alongside Salesforce — service, sales and the data layer beneath both. We work on the operating model and the programme governance around those implementations.
We are not a Salesforce implementation partner and we do not resell licences. Where an implementation partner is needed we will help you select one and then govern the programme independently of them, which is the arrangement that produces the fewest arguments in month nine.
