Taidou Atlas · Investors

Companies that have already answered your first ten questions.

Atlas does not send deal flow. It sends companies that fit your mandate, with a record built to the standard a second meeting applies.

Fit, not volume. Every live listing is scored against your stated mandate. You see the ones that fit, deliberately fewer than a platform would send.

A known process. Each company has been through intake, build and readiness — you can see exactly which stage it is at.

Decisions, tracked. What needs a reply, what is waiting on you, and where each company sits from first look to IC.

No placement fee. Atlas takes nothing from the transaction, so nothing is being pushed toward you.

What arrives

Matched to your mandate, not to your inbox.

Every live listing in the Exchange is scored against the mandate you set — stage, sector, check size, geography, weighted equally. You see the companies that clear it, with the score and what made it up. Most weeks that is a handful, on purpose.

01Fit score

Stage + sector + check band + geography. Hover the bar for the breakdown. Valuations show only where the record carries one that is not a placeholder.

02Needs a decision

What has been submitted to you, what is past your own reply target, what your partners are voting on. A short list, in one place.

03Dealflow at a glance

First look → Meeting → Diligence → IC. Where every company you are working sits, and which one is behind schedule.

04Watchlist

Companies you are not ready to act on. You are told when their stage changes and left alone when it does not.

Meetings on the record

A booking that knows the company, not just the name.

Your public booking page — intro call, first look, management session — is yours to switch on and off. The difference from a Calendly link is what the booking carries: the company, the submission, the stage, the checklist, and who else on your side has already met them. The meeting attaches itself to the deal, a prep pack is built from the record, and notes land on the company rather than in an inbox.

Where the numbers come from

The mark is what the record says.

A company’s price ledger is a list of events — founding, subscriptions, partnerships, acquisitions, redemptions — each one an entry with a date and an amount. The current mark is the last recorded event, not a calculation, and Atlas does not produce an independent valuation. Where a date is assumed rather than confirmed it says so, in the ledger, next to the number.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

No. Atlas takes no carry, no finder’s fee and no placement fee. We are paid by companies for the readiness work, which is disclosed to you.

Fewer than you expect. Routing is on fit, and most companies in the Exchange at any moment are not ready to meet anyone.

Yes, and the more specific it is the better this works for both sides.
